A couple from Germany was looking for a fully finished and furnished property for themselves in a quiet location near Warsaw — not a rental investment, but a home they could move into without organising a single day of renovation. They chose a terraced house from our own portfolio of listings, located in Marki, a calm residential town just outside Warsaw.
The property offered 89 m² of living space, a private garden, and interiors finished to a high standard. The house was fully furnished and equipped, ready to move into, so the clients did not need to arrange any finishing works or additional furnishing themselves.
The purchase price came to 1,200,000 PLN. Unlike our fully remote case studies, the clients were present in Poland for the whole purchase procedure, and chose and paid for their own independent lawyer to represent their interests. Our role was to coordinate the process itself: managing formalities, liaising with all parties to the transaction, and organising the notarial signing — overseeing the purchase from property selection through to completion at the notary's office. Our commission for this service was 3% of the purchase price.
