The apartment is located on Aleja Niepodległości in Warsaw's Mokotów district. It has 37.5 m² of living space plus a cellar of around 3.5 m², and sits on the ground floor. Once the works were finished, the apartment was fully prepared for occupancy and required no further investment from the owner — down to the lighting, appliances and furniture.

As the owner manages the tenancy directly, there is no WIC management deduction in this case.
